ACME’s Cosmos-Kabar RF (Radio Frequency) Welder is specially designed for RF sealing large PVC articles like tarpaulins, billboards, air structures, truck covers and more. ACME’s RF (Radio Frequency) welding capabilities include three 4 kW RF Cosmos Kabar bar welders. ACME’s employees average over 10 years of experience with RF welding machines and an in-depth understanding of RF settings corresponding to different materials. Since ACME’s beginnings in 1976, all of it’s products have been sealed with RF welding machines due to the strength and durability of the welds. From straight welds to complex welding requiring special tooling, ACME can handle it all. ACME’s RF welding machines and CNC milling machine allow for ACME to meet all of it’s customers RF welding needs.
The RF press and generator automatically travel on rails along the table, making stops corresponding to the length of the sealing die. This high-tech machine allows us to save customers time—and money—when they need PVC fast.
