Floating Weir Skimmers
Acme skimmers are designed from years of experience in the field. The skimming depth is controlled by utilizing a three point or four point adjustment system.
The 39T is only 46" in diameter and is lightweight (138 Lbs. w/ Honda engine) making it portable and easy to handle. The units can be adjusted to skim as thin a layer as desired, even to the point of cavitation of the pump intake at the weir.
Quick disassembly is a distinct advantage of the 39T. If something should lodge in the impeller, loosen three eye-nuts and lift off the pump and power assembly. With the pump intake now exposed, most items can be easily removed by hand or with pliers.
The 39T can handle lightweight products as well as viscous oils and fluids.
